Mermaid smoothie is a mixture of fruits & seeds with almond milk it is a nutritious recipe that is equally filling and delicious. They’re loaded with fiber , protein, omega-3 fatty acids and various micronutrients.

  • Almond Milk- 1cup

  • Kiwi- 1/2 piece

  • Banana- 1 piece

  • Pineapple- 8-10 chunks

  • Blueberries- 10-15 pieces

  • Honey- 1 tsp (optional)

  • Flaxseeds powder- 1tsp

  • Pumpkin seeds+ sunflower seeds- 1tsp

Directions

  • Take all the ingredients( 1/2 banana, 1/2 kiwi, 5-6 pineapple chunks, 5-8 blueberries, honey, and 1 cup almond milk) in a blender jar and blend them well.
  • Transfer into the bowl and garnish with remaining fruits and pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and flaxseeds powder.
