Bean Sprouts- 1 Cup
Green Chile- 1 Finely Chopped
Cumin- 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida- 1/4 tsp
Ground Cumin- 1 tsp
Red Chilli power to taste
Lemon Juice- 1 piece
Kala namak (Himalayan black salt)- 1/2 Tsp
Finely Chopped Onion- 1 piece
Chopped Coriander- 2 tsp
Oil- 1/2 tsp

Directions
- In a non-stick pan heat oil and add asafoetida and cumin seeds followed by chopped and deseeded green chilies.
- As soon as the cumin sputters, add bean sprouts and salt. Cover and cook the sprouts for about 5-7 minutes. Cook till the sprouts get completely steamed but still retain some crunch.
- Remove from pan and mix Cumin powder, red chili powder, Kala namak, and lemon juice.
- Sauté the butter in the frying pan until it is golden brown and has a nutty smell. Remove from heat, let cool, and add the lemon juice.
- Garnish with onions and coriander and serve as a snack.
