Dietary Consultations & Programs:

o    No cancellations or rescheduling permitted once booked.

o    Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Physical Products (Seeds, Teas, Powders, Flours):

o    Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of order placement.

o    No cancellations allowed after order processing/shipping begins.

2. Refund Policy

Strict No-Refund Policy For:

o    All consultations, programs, and services.

o    Digital content (if any) once accessed.

o    Change of mind or personal dissatisfaction.

Partial Refunds (Only If Applicable):

Defective/Damaged Products:
Refund/replacement subject to: 
§  Reporting within 48 hours of delivery.

§  Providing photo/video proof of damage.

o    Non-Delivery: Verified by courier tracking.

3. Process for Eligible Refunds

2.   Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Delays due to incorrect shipping addresses.
