1. Program Activation & Duration
Your program begins upon receipt of your first diet chart (via email/WhatsApp).
Program durations:
o Monthly: 30 days
o Quarterly: 90 days
o Half-Yearly: 180 days
o Yearly: 365 days
2. Payments & Breaks
Full payment is required in advance before services commence.
Permitted breaks (must be communicated in advance):
o 3-month program: Max 15 days
o 6-month program: Max 30 days
o 12-month program: Max 60 days

Non-compliance: Programs automatically lapse if the client is unresponsive for 7 consecutive days without prior
notice.
3. Strict No-Refund Policy
All program fees and product purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
4. Results Disclaimer
Our nutritional consultancy focuses on disease management and health enhancement.
Individual results may vary due to medical conditions, adherence, or metabolic factors. No specific outcomes
(e.g., weight loss/gain) are guaranteed.
5. Client Responsibilities
Maintain regular communication with your dietitian via calls/messages/WhatsApp.
Notify in advance for planned breaks (see Section 2). Provide accurate health information for personalized guidance.
6. Program Lapse
Failure to respond to dietitian communications for 7+ days will result in automatic termination without reinstatement.
